Roopa Modi provides legal support across Wildstone’s UK business, advising on a broad range of matters including real estate, planning, construction, commercial agreements, data protection and compliance.

She plays a key role in supporting high-value transactions, working across all stages from deal structuring through to completion. Roopa works closely with senior stakeholders across the business to help streamline processes, support commercial objectives and ensure legal considerations are aligned with business priorities.

She is also involved in Wildstone’s ESG committee, supporting the company’s wider sustainability and governance agenda.
