Philip Allard oversees Wildstone’s operational functions at Group level, including asset management, technology, procurement, ESG, planning and health and safety. He works closely with Managing Directors across all territories to support the delivery of business plan targets and ensure operational alignment.

He leads initiatives to standardise asset management processes and best practices across the business, supporting a scalable and efficient operating model. Philip is also driving the transformation of Wildstone’s business systems and data capabilities, including enhancements to enable artificial intelligence.

He leads the development of new screen technologies with key suppliers, ensuring products meet market requirements while supporting the company’s sustainability objectives and reducing its carbon footprint.
