Oliver Kempton leads Wildstone’s acquisitions team, with responsibility for securing new assets across the UK where the company does not currently hold an interest. This includes both freehold acquisitions and long leasehold interests, with a focus on identifying strategic opportunities and building relationships with a broad range of landlords and property owners.

He plays a key role in sourcing opportunities, structuring and negotiating deals, and managing transactions through to completion in collaboration with finance teams, planning consultants and legal advisors. Oliver works closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure acquisition opportunities align with Wildstone’s commercial objectives and the requirements of media partners.

His role combines commercial strategy, negotiation and project management, supporting the continued growth of Wildstone’s portfolio across the UK.
