Laura Ball drives commercial excellence across all territories, with a particular focus on contracts, systems and reporting frameworks.

She plays a central role in the integration of strategic acquisitions, while driving operational restructuring and data-led initiatives across the business. Laura was part of the deal team for the acquisition of Insite in 2020 and Wildstone’s Spanish portfolio in 2022.

She leads two key strategic initiatives: the transformation of the Group’s data landscape and reporting suite, and a large-scale transformation of core business systems.

Laura works across the business to strengthen commercial performance and support the continued scaling of the company.
