Holly Pickard is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the UK. She owns the delivery of multi-channel campaigns across digital and print, driving brand awareness, lead generation and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Holly leads the UK messaging and content strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, including advertising, website, email and collateral. She manages paid digital campaigns across key platforms, optimising performance to maximise lead generation and return on investment.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and international counterparts, she ensures marketing activity is aligned with commercial priorities. Holly manages the UK marketing budget and performance reporting, ensuring effective spend, clear insight and high-quality campaign delivery.
