Francesca Bamber leads Wildstone’s planning and design team across the UK and Ireland, overseeing planning strategy, architecturally led design and the delivery of express consents across the company’s portfolio. She manages an internal team of planning and design specialists, alongside a network of external consultants, to support the successful delivery of projects across the business.

She is responsible for securing planning approvals for both classic and digital outdoor media infrastructure, helping bring forward high-value opportunities across Wildstone’s large format, small format, full motion and super premium estate. Francesca also leads planning and design activity across some of Wildstone’s most strategically important sites, including the redesign of the company’s premium London portfolio acquired from Transport for London.

She works closely with Local Planning Authorities, community groups and wider industry stakeholders to help unlock development opportunities and maximise the value of Wildstone’s portfolio.
