Oliver joined Wildstone in 2017 after building a strong foundation in the property sector, working first as a Property Negotiator before moving into property investment sales. Starting as an Acquisitions Executive, Oliver focused on securing traditional paper-and-paste billboard sites through freehold and long leasehold acquisitions. As Wildstone evolved, so did his role. He moved into the Development team, where he played an important part in supporting the company's digital expansion – a period that proved to be a defining chapter in Wildstone's growth.

Reflecting on his journey, Oliver believes that embracing change has been key to his progression. 

"One of the biggest contributors to my progression has been consistently delivering results and embracing new challenges as the company has grown. Being involved in major projects, adapting to the rapid growth of digital infrastructure, and leading teams through ambitious targets have all helped shape my career." 

Today, Oliver leads the team responsible for acquiring new digital assets across the UK, helping to expand Wildstone's portfolio into new locations and support the company's continued growth.

For Oliver, what sets Wildstone apart is its culture. Having joined when the business had around 20 employees, he has seen it evolve into an industry leader while taking on new challenges and responsibilities along the way.

"One of the things I'm most proud of is having joined Wildstone when the company was still relatively small and seeing firsthand how much it has grown over the years. Being given the opportunity to lead my own department as Head of Acquisitions is definitely a career highlight for me."

He says it's the people as much as the business itself that have made his journey so rewarding.

"There's a real team mentality across the business, with everyone working towards the same goals. It's a fast-paced and ambitious environment, but there's also a strong sense of support and collaboration, which makes it a great place to work and develop professionally."

With the outdoor advertising industry continuing to evolve, Oliver is excited about what comes next. His focus is on growing the acquisitions team, expanding Wildstone's digital portfolio across the UK and helping shape the next phase of the company's success. 

"What excites me most about Wildstone's future is the scale of opportunity still ahead. The business has grown incredibly quickly, but there's still huge potential within the digital outdoor advertising market, both in the UK and internationally. I'm looking forward to helping drive that growth and building a strong acquisitions team that can support the next stage of the journey."
