Employee Success Stories - Holly Boorer
London, 18 June 2025
Learn how Holly Boorer embraced her opportunity at Wildstone, starting as a Construction Coordinator and rising to Delivery Manager in just 2 years.

Holly joined Wildstone as a Construction Coordinator in April 2022, focusing on scheduling new digital billboard installations and managing data entry. Although her role started with routine tasks, her skills and drive quickly set her apart.

Holly recalls:

“At first, my role was all about organisation and keeping projects on track, but I was eager to take on more responsibility. The team recognised that, and before I knew it, I was stepping into a completely new challenge.”

In April 2024, Holly was promoted to Delivery Manager. She now manages contractors, leads meetings, coordinates builds across large and small billboard formats, and acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients. Alongside these responsibilities, Holly also took on a key role in the rollout of the company’s latest nationwide project.

Reflecting on her journey, Holly says:

“What I love most about Wildstone, especially within the Delivery team, is the culture of collaboration. No matter your experience level, every idea has merit and is given consideration. It’s a real team spirit where everyone feels they can make a difference, and that kind of out-of-the-box thinking is what makes this place so exciting.

It’s been a rollercoaster ride, and my role today is worlds apart from the one I first joined with. But that’s what excites me most  - this fast-paced industry, paired with the supportive and collaborative team. With major projects completed and new large-format acquisitions on the horizon, I’m excited about what’s to come.”

Ian La Roche, Head of Delivery, adds:

"Holly's career has progressed rapidly at Wildstone thanks to her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and can-do attitude. She’s become an invaluable member of the UK Delivery team, playing a key role in the success of our digitisation programme across the country. It’s been a real pleasure to watch her grow and take on every challenge with confidence."
