Bruce Jones leads the legal function across the Wildstone Group, managing legal risk and ensuring alignment between regulatory requirements and commercial objectives.

He works closely with the CEO and CFO to advise on and help shape the strategic direction of the business, including capital-related matters and engagement with key stakeholders. Bruce plays a central role in major transactions, providing oversight across the Group’s M&A activity and leading on the most significant deals.

His role spans all territories, supporting international expansion, business transformation and the continued scaling of Wildstone’s operations. He ensures the business is well-positioned to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments while enabling growth.
