Alex Brown is responsible for driving the acquisition of freehold properties and site portfolios, supporting the continued growth of Wildstone’s portfolio.

He works closely with the UK Development and M&A teams to identify and secure high-quality opportunities, contributing to both individual site acquisitions and larger portfolio transactions. Alex also plays a key role in assessing site performance and identifying opportunities to enhance income following acquisition.

He has been involved in a wide range of M&A activity, supporting both UK and international opportunities, and contributes to the commercial review and approval of digitisation investments across the business.
