Job Title: Property Administrator

Role Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Property Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks supporting our property team with maintaining our portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, competent in prioritizing workloads and working with little supervision.
Tasks & Activities:
- Manage the incoming estates emails, this involves being proactive and using initiative, you will also be required to update our Access Database.
- Supporting the Property and Contracts Manager with admin duties, to include mail merges and carrying out searches on Land Registry to ascertain landowners.
- To include supporting the reception team with incoming business calls and general office duties.
- Create and update records and databases with financial and other data.
- Obtaining quotes for maintenance works, updating our Database and passing for approval.
- Ad Hoc general support to the wider estates team and Northleach Office.
- Assisting the Portfolio Manager with Business Metrics reporting mainly using excel.

Experience & Skills required:
- Experience as an office/property administrator, office assistant or relevant role desirable but not essential
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational skills
- MS Office Competent, Excel is essential

- Salary: £21-£23k + depending on experience
- 25 days Annual Leave (Increasing with service to a maximum of 30 days).
